My background in the luxury resort  / vacation rental industry has provided me with a solid foundation in high-end customer service, business negotiations, attention to detail, and complete follow through.   I have always trained my employees to understand that they are truly working for the client.   As such, the focus of all actions must be on the client's best interests, not your own.  It is from this premise I approach Real Estate.

As a real estate investor, I have learned the ropes by diving in head first, learning to research a market to truly understand value, scarcity, and R.O.I.
